The Siege of Pinchgut (released in the US as Four Desperate Men) is a 1959 British thriller film directed by Harry Watt. It was entered into the 9th Berlin International Film Festival.[1] It was the last film from Ealing Studios.

A group of escaped convicts seize Fort Dennison in Sydney Harbour. The island has working coast artillery guns on it that they use to threaten Sydney until their demands. However, unbeknownst to the authorities, the convicts can not access the shells that are locked away in the fort.
This was the last of several films made in Australia after World War II by Ealing Studios.
